Welcome to Lady Krav Maga, a fitness and self-defence platform created to empower women of all ages and abilities through Krav Maga training, personal coaching, and a strong, supportive online community.


By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or associated services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 
1. Eligibility & Use of Services

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use this platform. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • All users participate at their own risk.

  • Lady Krav Maga and its instructors recommend consulting a healthcare professional before beginning any new fitness or self-defence program.

  • Our content is instructional and not a substitute for in-person medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.


3. Booking & Payment Terms

  • All 1-to-1 specialist sessions and group classes must be booked via the platform.

  • Payment must be made in full prior to sessions or access to premium content.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable.


4. User Conduct

  • Users must not post harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content on the forum or any area of the platform.

  • Any form of harassment, hate speech, or exploitation will result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

  • You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share proprietary content without permission.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All materials on Lady Krav Maga, including videos, images, and written content, are owned or licensed by us and are protected by copyright laws.

  • Users may not reuse or republish any content without express written consent.


6. Community Forum & Social Spaces

  • Users are encouraged to share experiences, progress, and motivation in a respectful, empowering manner.

  • Moderators may remove content or restrict users who do not comply with the code of conduct.


7. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
